From May 21, 2026, accommodation establishments must submit declarations through the new system. The old temporary residence declaration website and the ASM software for stay notification will no longer be used.
Where Is the New System Being Implemented?
The system is currently being deployed in An Giang, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, and three wards in Hanoi: Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, and Ngoc Ha.
Accommodation providers in An Giang, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and Phu Tho can still use their existing accounts from the old system. However, when logging into the new platform, they must add the relevant local prefix before their username.
For example, an An Giang account with the username “abc123” should be entered as “ag_abc123”.
