What Is Consular Legalization?
Under Decree No. 111/2011/ND-CP dated December 5, 2011, consular legalization in Vietnam means the certification by competent Vietnamese authorities of the stamps, signatures, and titles on documents issued by foreign authorities so that they can be recognized and used in Vietnam.
